We are pet friendly – However, the plane and helicopter are too small to allow dogs. It is at a charge of £20 per pet per stay. Just to cover any extra cleaning or possible damage. Some of the other pods may require lifting your dog up the steps.
2 SEPARATE SITES – We have two separate sites for our holiday accommodation so please check before booking. The Sea King helicopter, combine harvester, army ambulance, fire engine and tank are ALL located at the lake. The rest are located at the Tower complex (RAF Wainfleet).

Cancellation Policy
Guest Cancellations
- A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking, the deposit is refundable for 48 hours and then non-refundable following this.
- Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival. Any monies received prior to the 2 week final payment will be refunded less the deposit.
- If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
- If the property is re-let for the cancelled dates, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund, less any administration or re-booking costs.
No-Shows and Early Departures
- No refunds will be provided for guests who fail to arrive, or depart early.
Booking Amendments
- Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and must be made in writing. We reserve the right to treat a date change as a cancellation and new booking.
Owner Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, all monies paid will be refunded in full. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the booking.
We strongly recommend that guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation.
